Sengoku 戦極

Yesterday, I went to Saitama to cheer on a friend in a night a exciting fights at Saitama Super Areana. Sengoku is a new MMA organization in Japan. After the fall of Pride Fight Championships, many fighters have found a home with Sengoku.

On my flight back to Japan after the UFC, I ran into Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal and his manager Ryan Parsons in LA by suprise. They said they were catching a flight to Japan for Mo's fight in Sengoku and invited me to come.

Mo made short work of his opponent last night winning by KO 3min and 54 seconds into the first round. Here are a few pictures of the fight.
