As many of you know, Eriko will be going back to Japan next week. We put a lot of work into getting the gym ready as soon as possible!

Before she leaves, she would like to see everyones reaction to seeing and training at the new gym!!

Allthough classes do not officially start at the new location until Oct. 3rd, 2009...

On Monday, September 28th, class will be held at the normal time (7-9pm)...AT THE NEW GYM located in the Bretwood Shopping Center.
