Advanced Classes every Tue & Thurs!

We've decided to add an Advanced Class on Tuesday and Thursday from 8-9pm, effective immediately.

In this class we will focus on combining striking and grappling through pair drills and sparring.

*This class is open to members with a rank of Orange shirt and above. 

**Fight team members are welcome as well regardless of their rank.
